Headcorn Local History Society Archive Centre

The Local History Societies Archive is situated in Headcorn Village Hall. It consists of a large number of photographs dating back to the 19th century. These photographs are gradually being digitised to safeguard the originals and make them more accessible. The society also has a considerable number of old Headcorn family’s information, mostly held on computer.

All other records and information is mostly held in paper format, but we are gradually looking to put this onto computer to make it easier to handle. If you have old photographs, including family or other items of a local nature then we would welcome them for our archive.

If you are looking for information on Headcorn, or its people then please contact Tim Thomas by email, using the form below, or phone – timothy.c.thomas@btinternet.com telephone 01622 890270.
